Low Fat Brown Gravy

  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Large Flake Nutritional Food Yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Organic Corn Starch
  • 2 Cups Rice Milk

Directions

Start with a heavy medium to large sized skillet, preferrably an iron skillet. Add the 2 tablespoons of flour to the skillet. On medium to high heat, lightly brown the flour, stirring constantly.

In a food processor add the rest of the ingredients and the flour from the skillet. Process for about a minute or until well combined. Now, add this back to the skillet. Bring to a boil, stir it constantly until it thickens.
