  1. 1.5 cups almond flour
  2. 1/4 c 100 % pure maple syrup
  3. 1/3 cup maple vanilla cashew butter* (regular cashew butter will work too)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 3 T coconut oil, melted
  7. 2 cranks of sea salt
  8. 1/4 tsp baking soda


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir. Make sure not to over stir the dough.
  2. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  4. Spoon cookies onto parchment line cookie sheet. Press each cookie just slightly.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
  6. Remove and cool.
  7. Store cookies in an airtight container.
