Ingredients (serves 2 – 4):
1 cup strawberries, sliced thinly
200g button mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 cups basil, washed and patted dry
3 TBSP tahini oil
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup whole pistachios, measured then crushed finely
1/4 cup storebought or homemade sundried tomato pesto
