This is an easy-to-make dairy free ice cream that does not require an ice cream machine. It packs a mere 130kcal and produces 12 servings. The ingredients are:

  • 2 14 oz chilled coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of granulated sweetener of choice
  • 68 grams of vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp vodka (optional)


  • Grease a loaf pan and freeze it for at least 24 hours
  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend on high-speed until smooth
