This is an easy-to-make dairy free ice cream that does not require an ice cream machine. It packs a mere 130kcal and produces 12 servings. The ingredients are:
2 14 oz chilled coconut milk
2 tbsp of granulated sweetener of choice
68 grams of vegan chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp dark chocolate powder
1 tbsp vodka (optional)
Grease a loaf pan and freeze it for at least 24 hours
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend on high-speed until smooth
Pour the slurry into the frozen pan and smooth it out evenly
Freeze the mixture for at least 4 hours

A cup of date paste
Two thirds of a cup of coconut flour
A tsp of vanilla extract
A quarter cup of chocolate chips
A pinch of salt
