What we look for in submissions?

Insanely useful content. Always ask: ‘How can readers benefit from this?’ 

Even if you are republishing a post, try to add a fresh new perspective that will surprise, engage, and retain readers. 

Your short bio will give them the chance to get in touch with you and visit your blog, so this is all in your favor.

An introduction that attracts interest and makes the reader want to read further.

Headings, subheadings, bold font for key sentences and bulleted lists, so it is easy to read. I retain the right to reject a post if it requires a massive amount of editing and formatting, including spelling mistakes and run-on sentences.

Please follow the guidelines before submitting your piece:

Articles must be related to:

  • Endearing animal story/video
  • Nutrition Essentials
  • Vegan Foods & Products

Word count: The minimum word count for a submission is 500 words.

Recipes MUST include a brief introduction. Ingredients and preparation must be clearly listed in bullets.

Hyperlink specific products mentioned in your recipe and list measurements clearly.

Recipes MUST include photos of the actual finished product.

Please hyperlink or list all original sources or references.

I do not accept SEO-driven submissions from link builders or freelancers: It is vital that articles display genuine passion for the vegan lifestyle and are driven by personal interest to spread some vegan love.

Please include a brief author bio at the bottom of the article (in less than 75 words) and attach a vertical head-shot.
