I just simply love the name of this recipe! ‘Joy’ indeed is the feeling you get when you transition into eating entirely plant-based foods.
If you’ve been on and off veganism before you make the full transition, you’ll know that light, joyful feeling you get even after just ONE day without animal-based products. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you would also think dairy-based dessert would be the hardest thing to give up, but guess what? You would absolutely fall in love with raw, vegan options once you give them a try!
What’s more amazing, you would be hooked on preparing these healthy eats then treating non-vegans with them and watch their eyes become huge when you tell them it’s raw, diary free, and sugar free!
